- Which countries do you ship to?

We currently ship to the United Kingdom and the United States. Shipping fees and delivery times are clearly listed in our Shipping Policy.

 

- How long will my order take to arrive?

All orders are processed within 5-7 business days. In certain cases, processing time may take up to 10 business days depending on order volume or operational conditions. Once shipped, estimated delivery times are:

- United Kingdom: 3-6 business days

- United States: 7-10 business days

Please note that total delivery time = processing time + shipping time.

 

- Do I have to pay any customs duties or taxes?

For customers in the United States, we do not charge any additional taxes at checkout. For other countries or import duties, please check with your local customs office. In some cases, customs fees may be charged according to your country's regulations.

 

- What is your return policy?

We offer a 14-day return policy, meaning you have 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.If your order is delivered within the United Kingdom or the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel or return your purchase within 14 days for any reason and without justification, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
