While studying and living in the United Kingdom, they observed that tea is not limited to formal occasions, but is part of regular routines — shared at home, during conversations, and throughout the day.
During this period, they frequently introduced friends to Chinese tea practices in an informal and practical way, focusing on how tea is prepared and enjoyed in daily settings rather than ceremonial contexts. These exchanges gradually highlighted the differences and similarities between tea habits across cultures, as well as the role teaware plays in shaping the experience.
This accumulation of everyday experiences formed the foundation of Go Infuse Go.
How the Brand Took Shape
As their interest deepened, the founders began paying closer attention to the objects used in tea preparation — how teapots pour, how cups feel in hand, how materials respond to repeated use, and how different forms fit into modern living spaces.
To better understand these aspects, they spent time learning about ceramic and teaware production through visits, communication, and long-term observation of workshops and producers in several established pottery regions, including Quanzhou, Yixing, and Jingdezhen.These interactions provided insight into material choices, forming methods, firing processes, and the practical considerations involved in producing teaware suitable for regular use.
Rather than focusing on collectible or display-oriented items, attention remained on pieces designed to be used frequently and comfortably.
